1. Why can't I login? Why my password doesn't work?

There are several common problem why you can't log in. To solve the problem you can:

1. Check if the cookies are enabled!
In Internet Explorer choose 'Tools' from the menu. From the 'Tools' menu click on the 'Internet Options' section. From the 'Internet Options' choose the
'Privacy' tab, then hit advanced, then check the checkbox at 'Override automatic cookie handling' then set on both table to 'accept'. If cookies
are not enabled the site won't let you in.

2. Login information is CaSe SenSitiVe!
Please check if you type your login name and password correctly. The system makes differences between CAPITALS and normal letters.

3. Your membership has expired.
If you have paid for a non-recurring membership then you can run out from the active period without even noticing it. You can renew your membership by
purchasing a new one. This time don't forget to subscribe for a recurring one, because it's cheaper and won't run out of time. Moreover it can be
cancelled any time.

4. Your account has been disabled.
Due to fraud usage, your account has been disabled. It happens if too many person from various IP addresses log in with your account. If your account is
being disabled we send you a new password to your e-mail address immediately. Please keep your account information in a secret.

5. Check browser updates!
Please check if you have the latest browser/system update installed on your computer. If your browser or operating system is not updated properly with
the latest patches such login problems can occur. Please visit http://www.windowsupdate.com to get the latest updates.


2. I have to login all the time, why is that?

1. Check if the cookies are enabled! You can download the free DIVX codecs for both PC and Macintosh from the video thumbnails at each sets. Once you have downloaded the codecs, please install them by double clicking on the icon. Then restart the computer. If the codecs are installed correctly the videos will play fine.

2. Check if the free MPEG4 codecs are installed!
You can download the free MPEG4 codecs for PC or the free MPlayer2 for Macintosh from the video thumbnails at each sets. Once you have downloaded the codecs, please install them by double clicking on the icon. Then restart the computer. If the codecs are installed correctly the videos will play fine.

3. Please download the videos locally first!
The DIVX videos are not streaming videos, so they shouldn't play in your video player until they are downloaded.

PC users do this:

The DIVX/MPEG videos are not streaming videos, So they shouldn't play in your video player until they are downloaded to your hard disk. In order to download videos, please do the following. When you navigated to the set page (where the video thumbnails located), please wait until it is fully downloaded. Then just simply left click on the 'download video' links. When you clicked a new window will pop up and in 5 seconds your download will start automatically. If not, then please save the files from the direct 'click here' link in the popup window with right clicking on it and choosing 'save target as' from the drop down menu. D/L manager users can use the direct link in the popup window for downloads as well. Please make sure your popup manager doesn't blocks popups from our websites.

In steps:

step 1.: navigate to the set page where you can see the video thumbnails.

step 2.: simply click on the link 'download video' then a new window will pop up

step 3.: please "right-click" (click the right button on your mouse) on the link 'click here' then you will have a drop down menu appear. From the drop down menu please choose "save target as"

step 4.: a save window will appear, please set where to download the movie.

step 5.: after the movie is downloaded double click on it to play.

step 6.: the movies will play in your media player without problems if you have previously installed the codecs.

Macintosh users do this:

step 4.: a save window will appear, please set where to download the movies.

step 5.: after the movies downloaded (default the desktop) double click on it to play.

step 6.: the movies will play in your media / quicktime player without problems if you have previously installed the codecs.

4. How can I cancel?

Due to security reasons we don't cancel memberships directly. You can cancel your membership simply by clicking here.

5. How can I switch membership?

Unfortunately you can't switch membership by a click. Nor can we do it for you because the subscriptions are maintained by the transaction providers. To expand your membership for a combo subscription or to change from one website to the other you have to cancel your current membership or wait until it expires (if it is a non-recurring one) and then subscribe again for the desired one.
